Hygiene Exception for Cosmetic Products
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for cosmetic products whose packaging has been opened, due to hygiene reasons (Distance Contracts Regulation Article 15). This rule is applied to protect your health and the safety of other customers.
Return Window
For unopened products, you may request a return within 14 days from the delivery date.
Return Conditions
Products to be returned must be in their original packaging, unused and undamaged. The return process must be initiated with the invoice or order document.

You can apply for returns through the Trendyol order management panel. Trendyol's return policy applies.
